  Dave Daymond Jr. is a powerful voice of encouragement and transformation for this generation. A native of Tampa, Florida, David has devoted his life to empowering others to rise into their God-given purpose.   

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and a Master’s in Theology and Apologetics from Manifest Theological Institute.  

  As a licensed minister and passionate communicator of biblical truth, David has spent more than 12 years serving in various leadership roles in ministry.  Professionally, he serves as an Account Manager for a Fortune 500 company, while simultaneously running a thriving assisted living facility and managing a growing real estate portfolio alongside his wife of 16 years. 

As a devoted husband, father, and man of unwavering faith, he believes true leadership begins at home. He is committed to building legacy, advancing the Kingdom, and inspiring hearts and minds for the glory of God.
